Step 1: Call

Call our office Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm at 606-676-0638. One of our team members will be available to take your call. Please have your insurance information ready.

Step 2: Connect

You will then be connected with a Therapist or Case Manager, this is typically done within 24 hours of your initial call.

Step 3: Consult

Talk with your Therapist or Case Manager about your needs and expectations. You will then work together towards positive growth.
