Behavioral Health Counselor

We are thrilled you have an interest in joining the Intrust Healthcare family as a behavioral health counselor. We are pleased to have served Kentuckians since 1999 with top-notch professionals. The mission of a therapist is to provide excellent clinical services to individuals and their families using ethical and legal guidelines while ensuring that each client receives individualized treatment which will refine life skills, enabling them to achieve a higher quality of life. In order to achieve this goal, it will be the responsibility of the therapist to:

  • Provide a comprehensive clinical assessment with which the client’s medical, psychological, and possible psychiatric disorders will be identified and explored. This assessment is to include the comprehensive evaluation of the social functioning family, peer relations as well as educational and delinquent behaviors.
  • Establish treatment plan development including short and long term goals, treatment methods and resources.
  • Utilize special skills and training to assist individuals, families, or groups in achieving objectives. The therapist will examine attitudes and feelings while taking into consideration alternative solutions and decision making.
  • Maintain licensure and supervision as required.
  • Market for referrals, and provide reports and recordkeeping/documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as deemed necessary to achieve job objective.

Case Manager

We’d love to have your join our team! At Intrust Healthcare, Case Managers are critical to our organization fulfilling the comprehensive needs of the clients we serve. The mission of a Case Manager is to provide clients with the resources and tools needed for day-to-day living. In order to achieve this goal, it will be the responsibility of the Case Manager to:

  • Work with a client’s therapist to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
  • Connect clients to appropriate and needed resources within their community such as:
  • Housing/ Rent Assistance
  • Utility Assistance
  • Food Sources
  • Clothing
  • Needed Household Items
  • Employment
  • Other resources as needed
  • Follow-up to ensure clients are contacting resources andcompleting requirements to obtain assistance.
  • Market for referrals, and provide reports and record keeping/documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as deemed necessary to achieve job objective.
